Creating business relationships with ad copy

I see many ads selling products and services, but rarely do I ever see any communication behind these ads. The ad is out their hanging in the air without anyone to support it. Why not attempt to create relationships with your ads.
Don't just tell me about this business or service, show me.
By now some of you are probably scratching your head and wondering what the heck I am talking about.

Here are a couple of examples of what I mean:

Copy+Paste=Ca$h Ad One
Here is a basic ad. Looks nice and tells me I can learn online marketing while I earn some money. This ad supplies no contact information and no description of what this is really all about.

Copy+Paste=Ca$h Ad Two
Here is an ad that describes more in detail what this is all about and also gives contact information using Facebook.

Ad number two provides a good description and also attempts to create a relationship by asking the reader to visit the Facebook page and ask questions.

I understand that some advertising mediums restrict word count, but most have a high word count restriction, so take advantage of it.
